As a supervisor,I should do the job that is required of me. However, due to the same person not showing up again this week, I had to do his job. It is not a hard job as compared to others that I have done threw out my life, but I should not have to do it when there was someone hire to do it. I now will be forced to fire someone when there are too few for me to work with now. The place where I work, will not hire any new help until the economy gets better. So now I not only have do my job, but that of others. Those other that should be doing their job.
