What format is being used now in the main site?

I have to ask because I'm having a really hard time formatting the text for my new posted story, I always write everything in Microsoft word and then usually just copy paste the plain text and then format the thing separately but given the horrendous drudgery of the new system I tried copy pasting the story in HTML and that did not work either. What format should stories be copy pasted on so they appear properly formatted?

Ill have to ask I guess about that...I just assumed if you double spaced and used the same Margins as in here it would lay out the same.

I mean formatting as in Emboldening text or other similar stuff when needed.

It tells you what options are allowed when you post the story...it had a list of codes allowed...I just tried it out with an old story we had on Blue....its really easy to submit a story.

If you just to want to post plain unformatted text yes it's easy, if what one wants is a professionally looking document no, I know that it was not like this before, I never had to grapple with extensive hours of programing just to center a single character as one needs to do now!
