We had something like that happen over here a few years ago. One of the local stations send a delayed broadcast out to some of the remote areas here, so one night when all the families sat down to watch the newest Simpson’s episode they were all treated to the newest R Rated release that was being watched by the guys working at the station.
There were some very unhappy mothers, some really happy fathers and a few embarrassed and confused kids – but we all had a good laugh… except for the two guys that stuffed up the programming to start with, they found themselves on the end of the unemployment line.
Don't worry... it only seems kinky the first time ;)

Back in the 1970's, X rated studios made X-rated movies with real acting, plots, directing, and production values. One of those movies, actually very well made, was Alice in Wonderland. There wasn't any nudity until 30 minutes in and the actress actually sang (very well) a couple of times before then. With that said:
In a California theater, no one knew the difference between the G rated and X rated version until Alice took it off. Lots of embarassed parents and confused kids.
Alice also aired on a Albuquerque TV station, but a sharp eyed tech, watching the movie, saw the dress start to come off and smartly went to commercial. After a coupe of commercials, he went to a test pattern for ten mintes until he could find something to put on to replace Alice. I was watching when it happened.
Here in the movie theatres they'll often show Adult-rated (but not x-rated or anything like that) previews in movie houses showing kiddies movies.
Makes you wonder if they consider their audience before showing a preview.
Had that sort of thing happen here. The kids were waiting for the kid's version of "Alice in Wonderland".
Wasn't the one they got.

quis separabit?
Doesnt happen here
Yeah they just tag previews for new movies about to come out, the previews here though have the MPAA this preview has been rated [insert rating here] thing before all of them. I've went to see some family oriented films and have previews that provocative violent and sexually charged but they do it in a way that nothing of that sort really shows up just some innuendo type stuff.

haha never heard of this
In places where is total censorship - x-rated movies are squeezed in between the actual movie - to get by the censors. So if kids come over to see a movie end up looking at xxx rated stuff. The film distributor and the owner of the cinema hall are involved and the cops know it who take huge bribes.
haha lol. one funny instance i can thing of, not really x rated, is the shape ups ad during the superbowl, which looks like 2 people having sex, until it ends up saying its an ad for shape ups
anyone have a working link for this?

One of the funnest things I ever was a part of.. true story mind you. I was camping with my friends and their families in the woods of a friend. Well on site was a small cabin where our friend stayed on weekends. And it had all the comforts of home; running water, satellite TV, electricity... you know.
We all brought campers and tents to stay in and we decided that the kids (three boys ages 9-13) would stay in the cabin, out of dirt, weather, etc.. where they had TV to keep them entertained and out of the adults hair. Well it was getting late and so we checked on the kids. They were watching some children's show on Showtime, Cinemax, or it might of been HBO.
Anyway we told them to go to bed. And like all kids, they whined and asked if they could stay up and watch a couple more movies. So figuring they would stay out of our hair, and sleep late in the morning, the parents agreed. But told them not to channel surf! And to just stay on that channel. Then, after a movie or two go to bed.
The next morning we were drinking coffee, and getting breakfast ready when the kids came out of the cabin. And I asked the boys.. so how late did you stay up? They said they watched a couple more movies then went to bed. So I asked them.. what movie did you watch? And the youngest one, a boy being 9 years old, said.. really a dumb show. It was about some chicks running around in the woods, naked and rubbing against each other. And then guys came out of the woods and chased them around. Needless to say, we forgot that Premium channels sometimes will show Adult (not quite X but strong R rated) shows after a certain time of night.
I thought the mothers were going to have a fit. The men walked off and realized we'd screwed up. And while it might have been funny, we decided to down play the incident and see if the boys would just forget about it. The next night the mom's demanded the parental lock be put on the TV.
