“She was quite upset when I saw her for the first time. She looked like she had been crying and something bad had just happened. I was not sure if I wanted to be there at that particular moment. I could hear her go into the bathroom and could hear the running water and then after a couple of minutes she came back and sat next to me and explained what she wanted done.
